Clerestory House

Located within a quiet residential neighbourhood in Delaware, Ontario, the house is organized around a central living space illuminated by clerestory windows. The design uses a restrained palette of light brick, wood, and dark metal to create a balanced composition of horizontal forms. Natural light enters from above and across the garden façade, creating a calm interior atmosphere while strengthening the relationship between the living spaces and the surrounding landscape.
