With nearly three decades of practice, Skinner & Skinner Architects has developed a distinct architectural voice through sustained work across residential, institutional, and commercial sectors.

The studio’s name pays tribute to the earlier four-decade practice of Paul M. Skinner Architect, while its portfolio and continued recognition are shaped by the design leadership and architectural judgement of Bradley Skinner.
The studio brings together architects and technologists, working in close coordination with consultants and craftspeople to deliver carefully considered, precisely executed architecture.
Bradley Skinner, Principal
Bradley Skinner leads the design direction of Skinner Architects. His work is recognized for clarity of form and a careful use of materials, resulting in architecture that remains relevant over time while responding to contemporary life.
Bradley works closely with clients to understand both functional needs and long-term goals, guiding each project through a disciplined design process. His approach results in highly custom residential, institutional and commercial projects that are grounded in context and tailored to the individual site.
Rather than working within a fixed style, Bradley designs in response to place, history, and use. His portfolio includes both contemporary and traditional architecture, unified by close attention to scale, light, material transition, and the small decisions that determine whether a project feels complete or fully resolved.
From early concept through construction documentation, Bradley brings sustained involvement and clear judgment to every phase of work. His architecture is defined by proportion, restraint, and an understanding of architectural order—producing coherent buildings that retain their clarity and purpose over time.
Michael Torres, Architectural Technologist
Michael Torres is an integral member of Skinner Architects, supporting the studio’s work through drawing development, digital modeling and three- dimensional visualization. He brings over 20 years of experience working on architecturally demanding projects across residential, institutional, and commercial contexts.
Michael’s background includes work on major international developments such as Nakheel Mall, The Pointe, and the Fashion Avenue extension at The Dubai Mall as well as private residential and interior projects across the Middle East and Asia.
At Skinner Architects, Michael plays a key role in project development, working closely with the principal to articulate spatial character, proportion, material and light through visualizations and construction documentation.
